Gippsland Supply Chain Resilience Program
Providing support to supply chain businesses impacted by changes to the manufacturing of white paper in Gippsland.
Overview
The Victorian Government has established the Gippsland Supply Chain Resilience Program to support supply chain businesses impacted by changes to the manufacturing of white paper in Gippsland.
Businesses who had a revenue impact of 5% or more in the financial year 2021-22 or 2022-23 will be eligible for support under the program.
Funding support is available to obtain professional advice, strategic analysis and planning services to strengthen business resilience and plan for the future.
The Gippsland Supply Chain Resilience Program is part of the Victorian Government’s Forestry Transition Program. The program supports businesses, workers and communities to transition out of native timber harvesting.
Stream 1: Impacted Businesses
Stream 1 is for businesses in the direct supply chain that supplied products or services, and are impacted by changes to the manufacture of white paper in Gippsland. The impact to revenue is between 5% and 10% in financial year 2021-22 or 2022-23.
Stream 2: Highly Impacted Businesses
Stream 2 is for businesses in the direct supply chain that supplied products or services, and are highly impacted by changes to the manufacture of white paper in Gippsland. The impact to revenue is 10% or greater in financial year 2021-22 or 2022-23.
Objectives of Program
The Gippsland Supply Chain Resilience Program provides support to Victorian businesses with a focus on small to medium enterprises, to actively pursue new opportunities and strengthen their resilience to changes in industry sectors.
Funding Details
The program provides funding support to eligible supply chain businesses whose revenue has been impacted by 5% or more with a grant of up to $10,000 for a business diagnostics and future opportunities assessment.
Businesses with impacts to revenue of 10% or greater are eligible for a grant of up to $20,000 to develop a business diagnostics and future opportunities assessment and a business resilience plan to detail activities to support their future direction.
Application Process
Applications for the Gippsland Supply Chain Resilience Program are now open and close on 28 February 2025.

Step 1
Contact Regional Development Victoria Gippsland to discuss your application and express interest in applying.
Step 2
Familiarise yourself with the guidelines and check that you can demonstrate the ability to address each of the assessment criteria. Compile necessary supporting documents as detailed in the Program Guidelines.
Step 3
Submit an application before the closing date. Applications that are still in 'draft’ and have not been submitted by the closing date will not be assessed.
